T&L Contracting Inc., is a commercial and residential contractor providing excavating services to southern Illinois.  As a WOSB (Woman Owned Small Business), our staff has over 30 years of experience in excavating/site preparation, water and soil erosion control, underground utility installation, septic tank/aeration systems, concrete and asphalt services, and tree/stump and brush removal.  T&L Contracting has been an integral part of the community, donating excavating services to churches and community recreational departments.
